Lawls has been pretty useless with only joke posts and filler and setup speculation which is all fine but there's nothing else. I literally quoted every one of his posts. Yeah, the Duelist is usually a town role. It can be a scum role though, as we've seen in the past. Thing is it's a risky scum role because you have in a simplified way, 50/50 shot of dying.

Except this wasn't the duelist. This was "pick two players, one of them dies" role.

That could easily be a scum role. Scum with an extra kill/poison/strongman kill is not uncommon at all. In this case just pick two players not on your team and one of them is guaranteed to die, win/win for him and his team.

It could be a town role too.

But looking at the context of it, I'm leaning scum for Skyfall and this role. He used this role during the night right after that Kenny debacle and right when several people were calling him scummy. My guess is he's scum, panicked as he saw some people calling him out and so he wanted to use his role, "confirming" himself so he isn't vigged or anything.

However, Skyfall if you can give me a different explanation as to why you used your role exactly at that moment, I'll listen.

Let's be realistic here. He's not going to post in this game. If he has a good role Night will last forever because of him and he'll get replaced without even using it. Maybe he's scum. Let's just take a shot since this thread has been worthless right now. Also I think it would be good to force some of the newer players to claim early. In the last game Obby made a terrible fake claim and if he hadn't been bussed he might have gotten away with it.

Basically we have nothing to lose by just go after a new player and getting any type of discussion going is probably a good idea.

Looking at the lynch Christo and Skyfall looked bad. When you know that someone is scum there is no reason not to lynch that person. Town can only lynch one person a day and going after multiple claims early in the game is only going to hurt town when the person we're going to lynch won't change.

Had Taz come in and claimed it wouldn't have mattered what he said because we were going to lynch Kenny anyway.

I'm pretty suspicious of Skyfall myself. It just seems like the role isn't very helpful for town. A duel is one thing but this didn't involve town deciding who to kill. I mean I don't see how a game of luck where the loser dies is something that would help town.

Those are all of Fitz's posts. Out of all 20 of them, almost half concern oompaloompataz. Some of the remaining ones don't contain anything useful. With the last few Fitz looks to be moving away from Taz and sharing thoughts on others, so that's working for him.

Overall though Fitz is tunneling the easiest target in the game: not only is he a new player but one with a post restriction that makes him almost useless too. I can understand not believing he's telling the truth, but to be gunning for him so much like this and focusing only on him? Either tunneling as town or scum digging for an easy target to distract town and waste a lynch on.

I may be wrong but I feel like in other games Fitz usually shares his thoughts on others and doesn't really tunnel the one really easy target. Plus the way he's lying low reminds me of ACOK mafia where he was scum, I feel like he doesn't do this as much when town.
