Not sure who role revealed Rising, it could have been town or the other scum team, but it wasn't CP. A couple people mentioned earlier that it was CP but his role was different. He could role reveal for roles in the game each night.

Why would anyone think Ziggler is scum for not voting Rising. I mean he had to know that wouldn't work the whole phase so I don't see why scum would attempt to do something so stupid to protect their own. Ziggler's post seems to be an example of misreading the write up and not him being scum.

We should look back and see what CP had to say about Taz. If he had said with certainty that he was town then he probably used his role to see if there was a PR in the game.

No, if you look at his role, he could use his role each night to find out a role that was in the game. So if he wanted to know if there was a JOAT, he role reveal for JOAT on night 1 and Big Man would tell him whether there was a JOAT in the game. He had a different type of role revealer role from the one used on Rising.
