Also noticed this in CP's write-up:

Night Lyncher - You also have the ability to choose one player each night you would like to lynch. If a majority is reached amongst other night lynchers the player will die.

Left to my own devices I would think this means that the night lynch will not be written-up as a night lynch, it will be reported as just another death.
