Okay, just caught on this last night's action and I have a couple of questions.
Is there any chance that Duelist role or variant of can be scum? I had a bit of a scummy read on Skyfall so far, and his selection of two townies to duel adds to that. However, I was a Duelist in Xmas mafia and town aligned, so there's that in his favour. I'm asking because the role is slightly different, in my one everyone got to vote. How was this one decided, did Big Man flip a coin?
I assume Ziggler has been confirmed by LC, but I don't see how it says anything about LC's alignment. And if LC is scum, not something I have particularly thought so far, surely that could possibly mean it's all a ruse between them? I dunno.
Also, still a little concerned about this Oompaloompa Taz claim. The team is a good fit, but it's the complete opposite of TKOK's claim, who was given his player but not the team. Now Oompa has given us a team but no actual player. Plus all of his posts are complete fluff. I don't think he has even referred to his PR even once.
Nah, Anark, it says absolutely nothing about my alignment at all.
Also, Ziggler told me that he and McLovin had to send in moves to BigMan and that's how it was decided. I don't know, it sounds something like paper/rock/scissors to me. They had to do it three times because the first two ended up being a tie or whatever. Ziggler can be more specific on how it worked I guess.
I don't see a duelist being scum. I think it's more possible for it to be scum since there are two mafia teams but I still find it unlikely. I find it slightly more plausible for it to be a SK perk though. That being said, I think Skyfall is town.
^Lol I will never forget Imp's GOAT play of getting you, confirmed town, lynched over a fellow scum member.
I think most roles can be scum roles so I never confirm players off of their roles, unless it's a role that would only be given to town. The Duelist role can be a scum role as seen in AGOT. Magic was scum and had that role.
Skyfall's role is different since with a duelist, as has been said, you have to be a part of the duel whereas with Skyfall's role he didn't have to be a part of the match. The role seems townish but his play hasn't been pro-town. This doesn't mean he's scum since I don't know his meta. I want to know if his play thus far and in particular his misuse of his role is something he'd likely do as town. He should have saved that role to use later in the game where he'd have a much greater chance of making a match between scum. It isn't like he's someone who normally dies early in games so why use it this past day phase when your chances of making a town vs. town match are much higher than later in the game? And when I say play thus far, I mainly mean his behavior during the Kenny lynch. It striked me as off but since I don't know his meta I can't tell if his behavior there would be something he'd actually likely do as town. Some players seem more scummy when they're town than scum so I don't want to assume that because he behaved scummy there that means he's scum since I don't know his meta at all.
In terms of how his role would fit into the set-up, I could see Big_Man giving it to Skyfall's mafia, if he's mafia, as an extra kill. So instead of giving them like a poison kill, it comes in a different form and there's the advantage of being able to actually claim that role, like how Magic did in AGOT, and be seen as town because of that.

He needs to fully claim too.
Edit: Oops, excuse my double posting. When I checked initially it hadn't gone through but now it pops up twice.
