I can't think of a reason to have a Droid Subteam in this. Artoo & C3P0 are pretty major though so it would make sense given both of them actually being in the game would have PR's, same could be said about Chewie but that doesn't mean they can't be fake claims and someone is pretending to have a PR.

I don't see why Yoda would be in this though.

It feels very much like a policy wagon to me, ziggler never does anything let alone on day 1.

Ziggler (like most of the newer guys) probably doesn't understand that the point of being town is catching scum and not surviving to end game. You're either giving Ziggler too much credit or trying to pin something on him that he isn't even aware of.
