dan marino agreeing about my point means he's trying to appeal to me. he can't just agree with me, people like him always have ulterior motives, that old dolphin ass, used cars salesman, dan the man w/ the hand subliminal masturbation jokes having pervert.

i find something offbeat about paco and i noted it. i don't think he's scum or i wouldn't have deferred and i don't diagnose on the spot or out of the blue like doc. see what i did there?

Why not? If you're a cop and you catch scum on Night 1 you're going to admit that you caught them and put a huge target on your back. Same thing if someone counter claimed him today. It's a 1-for-1 trade and most people here should be willing to make that trade.

If this is true you're the worst. We can keep you alive via BG or watch you and make scum lose someone if they go after you but eventually they're going to get you so let's just hope you can use all 2 of your shots before you die.

Actually a cop counterclaiming Day 1 would be sub optimal play IMO. You'd investigate night 1 and get a result, then counterclaim. You only lose a day, which isn't much in a large game + you get the interactions of the scum posting as the cop + you get your result. It's worth it in the hope you get a second guilty. Basically, the worst that can happen is you get killed and flip cop and then he gets lynched anyway. Well, the worst would be you get janitored and killed but that's a fairly unrealistic scenario so w/e.

Cop should never claim immeditately with a result in theory, anyway but that never happens.
