DocBlue seems to be playing roughly the same way as usual and as far as I'm aware he hasn't been scum before. It seems like a minor thing to want to lynch him over.

I don't think Shep letting him vote confirms him though, I did do the same thing with MDP in Jobbers (although for the record he was allowed to vote normally). If anyone had asked I would have said I counted it as voting but wasn't necessarily modconfirming him and I assume Shepard would say something similar.
