In answer to your first question, that's actually okay, the mafia can get a bonus shot if it helps w/ balance (like having a JOAT with an extra kill so once in the game they can make two kills a night). My point is the strongman kill shouldn't have been ANOTHER kill, a strongman PERFORMS the mafia kill and when doing so means it can't go be protected (like a ninja w/ watcher/tracker roles).
