not at all. scumhunting actually relies on you to pick apart someone's play and present a solid case on them. it's easy to select a name that you think may be scummy for no apparent reason(although most people just pick big name players these days to use their role on because they're afraid of what they can do as scum) and then get them lynched because you got info.

look at how much town has lost in the minis, there are less power roles and most of the players struggly mightily to catch any scum because they can't do shit without roles.
