There are 3 people in this game that could have a speech altering PR. i'm not completely convinced Evo is scum but people have faked PR's with great success before and this is the obvious one to fake and i'm just pointing that out.

I agree it is so easily faked and I wouldn't put it past Pez to give real good fake claims like he did in CT but why don't you believe it out of interest? In CT I was GF with a pr btw but that pr fit Crono and Lavos, this pr would only fit Mog who would definitely be Town.
