From post histories so far I think BOSS is town, Big seemed town but I don't know why he won't claim his alignment, I don't know about chr1st0 but don't think there is enough for me to think he's scum, Mr i'm not sure on but voting Phitz for what seemed like a townie mistake was a little scummy and Tat is permascum as far as i'm concerned but not enough posts to get a decent read. I would say 90% of the scum has 10 posts or less, they probably don't have to do an awful lot of work early on

work out who the town is, makes scum easier to find. big man and BOSS seem town. iirc there was set up spec which annoys me, could easily be scum in there trying to appear useful/active when they're really doing nothing
