The point is that his fellow Mafia could have told him to fake it. Don't write that possibility off. You'd think it would have to be a good player with solid knowledge of the theme. Or they could have been given fake claims. Still likely Innocent but not 100%.
Anyway the first gamer appears Innocent, and Rising and Undefeated are likely too. I don't understand any of these "joke" lynches as I haven't been around but generally they mean nothing and should not be read into too much as a lot of people tend to do. It can work both ways.
I don't know anything about the theme btw, I know Doddsy loves the games though so he may be of some help! (Crazy!)
