Its quite possible the Androids could be the (or a if we are under the assumption there is 2 mafias) Mafia if Dr. Gero made the game seeing as they were the only real "group" of villains in the series (unless you want to count Frieza's henchmen). Cell could logically be the serial killer as well.

HUH? Add the Saiyans, Ginyu Squad and Babidi's gang to list of groups of villains.

Babidi was gay but you have a point about the Ginyu Force but they still fall under the heading of Frieza's henchmen. I wouldn't count the Saiyans cause one would assume Vegeta is a good guy and Nappa & Raditz wouldn't be much of a mafia.

set-up speculation won't get us very far atm I think. it's possible lawls put a load of random villaisn together as a mafia? IDK.

Not overly familiar with DBZ apart from memes from it, does Sxe's claim make sense?
Fairly sure claiming miller day 2 is bad, especially since he had a bandagon day 1 and is a fair cop target. Not sure I like it.

Does android 18 make sense as a miller?

It turns up guilty to cops. So say it's usually a bad guy who turns good but people don't like. So basically it's a convenient scum claim, but not a very good one from sxe's perspective as it won't stop a lynch. But if he can avoid the noose etc, yeah. IDK, his fakeclaims as scum are usually overconvoluted.

Yes. 18 was evil initially and part of the andriod crew created by Dr Gero (aka Android 20), but then turned good and became part human, marrying Krillin. Logically, Android 18 as a miller makes perfect sense. Assuming the mafia is the androids too (which they probably are from Gero's appearance), then I'm led to believe him.

Then again, he could be lying and know about DBZ. idk.

That makes sense for 18 tbh, but i'm not saying i'm ruling sXe out yet. She started off as a Villain but ended up hooking up with Krillin and was an associate of the good guys towards the end of the show.
