Not too hard to make a good game. No more than 1/4 mafia, don't go overboard with obscure roles in your first game, don't be afraid to include some vanilla townies and be well prepared.

I can only think of one bad game on WF. I think we all know which one that was, where town couldn't even possibly win.

IDK town can theoretically win each game, not sure what game you're talking about (KIf's game was the worst game). I don't really agree with no more than 25% mafia, it depends on their abillities and roles, and that of the town. Settling total number of scum for > 40% is asking for troubel though, it depends. Most players here don't mind a game being too unblanaced as long as they have a bit of fun.

I can help but then I'd not be able to play obviously, but if you want someone to check your set-up for any obvious flaws I can do it.

Just make sure you don't pull a Wolftopher and have 8 Mafia in a 19 person game.
