He could be but seriously two retard roles? Doesn't that strike you as a little odd. A theory I have is that he is in fact Grandpa but he has some other role that we are unaware of and post restriction is a cover-up so he's not a main target to mafia.

It did strike me as a little odd and apparently it made CF sus of me. MetalX claimed to be an investigator with a power role so you may be right.
