Re: Mushroom Kingdom Mafia Game Thread
"Bowser Sends A Message"
It was a peaceful summers day in Mushroom Kingdom. The sun was shining and the birds were singing as Mario and his friends enjoyed a friendly game of tennis. Mario and his partner Luigi were getting owned by Princess Peach and Princess Daisy, and the two brothers were very embarrassed to be losing to girls. The whole of Mushroom Kingdom watched on, laughing and poking fun at Mario and Luigi. Then something snapped inside of the two brothers, they had had enough, they weren't going to stand for this any longer. Males were clearly the dominant sex, and they wanted to show why. It was Mario's serve. The mustache sporting, trouser wearing Italian walked up to the line, as he bounced the ball on the ground, a fierce look swept across his face as sweat dripped from between his eyebrows. One, two, three bounces, and he threw the ball in the air. He jumped, he swung, he missed. The ball dropped to the ground as Mario jolted forward, the momentum of his swing propelling him face first on to the grassy ground. Mario blacked out. When he woke up he found himself right where he was was before, lying face first at one end of the tennis court. However there was one thing wrong. There was no one in sight, the place was deserted. Mario brought himself to his feet as a chill ran down his spine. But wait a minute, it wasn't cold, it was one of the hottest days in recent memory. Something was wrong, and Mario had a frightful inkling as to what. He spun around quickly and sure enough there stood his arch nemesis, Bowser. Mario was shaking with fright as the huge spiky dinosaur like being looked directly in to Mario's eyes and spoke the following words. "The time has come Mario, the end is drawing ever so closer. You see, I, Bowser, am going to take over the world, and it all starts with your precious little Mushroom Kingdom. You and your friends better flee while you can, or I might just rid you of your lives. Ta ta." And with that Bowser disappeared. Mario just stood there, thinking long and hard about what to do. Sure him and his friends could run and save their lives, but then they would be giving up their home, their lifestyles, Mushroom Kingdom meant so much to them. Nope it had been decided, they would stay and fight, for the future and well-being of Mushroom Kingdom. Even still Mario knew that it was going to get ugly, very ugly.
Day 1 is upon us. With 23 players still alive, it's 12 for a lynch.
