Re: Hulk Hogan talks TNA's business strategy

People say TNA shouldn't rush...its been 10 years. TNA has been in the Impact Zone since 2004. If we were to count the number of Impacts and PPV's they have done on the road I am sure the number is less then 50..infact...

Out of the 99 PPV's TNA has held since 2004 (as of 2/9/13), less then 20 have been on the road. Out of the 448 episodes of Impact (as of 2/9/13), less then 30 have been held outside the Impact Zone. It is now or never. Being around for 10 years and keeping in at Orlando Florida is not a smart move. TNA should not get too ahead of themselves and start booking arenas WWE would book. TNA needs to keep to the venues that hold 3-6K for now. Every Impact should be an EVENT as the novelty of TNA being on the road will wear off in a few months. If I was TNA I would make sure I come out guns blazing and delivery quality 15-20 minute mainevents EVERY Impact. Angle, Hardy, Aries, Roode, Storm, RVD, Styles...the talent is there for this to occur.

Re: Hulk Hogan talks TNA's business strategy

If tomorrow WWE declares they are over how is that gonna help TNA?
Dixie isn't gonna take any risk of going out of business just because some wrestling fans get a boner for monday night wars 2.0. This is a move to make TNA grow, not a full attack on the WWE.
The "now or never" it's hype, "once in a lifetime" tour by TNA... betta get your tickets soon 2

The reason why we don't get fresh ideas and promotions rising in American Pro Wrestling is because the majority of the community is happy with the same old shit and will reject any chance of change. There is a risk in doing new things, 9 times out of 10, it leads to 50+ pages of bitching and moaning. While business gets turned into a dictatorship and more and more out of touch. Support the indies, support New Pro Wrestling.

Re: Hulk Hogan talks TNA's business strategy

Going on the road is the best advertisement you can have.
Also it shows you who to push, and who is stale.
TNA has been living in a bubble to long.
Trying to sell their product based on quarter hours of a TV show.
Instead of basing it on paying customers.

YES and they will.

Re: Hulk Hogan talks TNA's business strategy

the sad thing is that TNA is going on the road and that they're gonna be in New York in the WrestleMania weekend so Vince sees this as a full force attack and he'll try to fuck TNA up just like he did with the announcement with TNA going on the road when he paid that small arenas.
