By a hair ONLY because he forgot a logo. His style and execution is what does it for me, it's pretty solid all around. The presentation is legit everything ties together nicely. I'm sure a logo would have completed it perfectly. A LOGO...LOGO...LOGO. I can't write a bigger paragraph than this, Professor Tenacious, I've said al I could. Major style points is what does it for me on this piece.

Honourable Mention: TehOne. Dat Logo.

EDIT: I think this would have been more interesting if we were to score it based on things like:

I'm extremely short of time at the moment, and I'd left it long enough so just wanted to get a voting thread done.

And to be fair I'd already suggested some guidelines to bear in mind when I made the challenge. That was your imperative to follow those suggestions, using them to put together the best piece you can.

The text just seemed a lot better than the other ones, it also seemed a lot more high quality. The city in the background looks really cool with their two pictures, and the border is a nice touch. The other ones are good but they just don't have that extra umph that this one has.

My vote goes to TehOne.
The vector/animated idea is cool and different from everyone elses approach. The logo looks good.

Everyone can tell that I'm a big fan of this particular style at the moment. The wrestlers fitted perfectly. The name, as A$AP already pointed out, is the catchiest of the bunch. Maybe a few tweaks on the layer styles or reducing the lightening would have made it much more better, but it's great as it is.

Honourable mentions:
tehOne. Could have added more spark to the text.

ABK's. Pretty good idea and very nice graphics, the only problem it's just that it looks weird since Miz it's a babyface now. Other than that, it's really neat.
