Re: **GFX Help and Resource Thread**

Can anybody help me? How to make beautiful text effects? And how to create those glow lines?

I accept Hayley Williams rep.

Re: **GFX Help and Resource Thread**

How do I resize an image to make it smaller? On Photobucket, I keep trying to make my sig smaller but there's no difference in size between the 400 X 400 and the 120 X 120. I'm not about to pay money to join up for more options either. Any nice photo programs I can download?

-Signed up for Photoshop. Hope I can access everything I need without forking over money.

Re: **GFX Help and Resource Thread**

You can resize in MS Paint if you wish.

If you manage to get Photoshop, just open the image, then go to Image>Image Size. Then you choose your dimensions.

Re: **GFX Help and Resource Thread**

I have a gif I want as my avatar. How do I make it so it actually moves?

Re: **GFX Help and Resource Thread**

I dont think you can have avatar gifs unless they are within the restrictions of the forum.

Re: **GFX Help and Resource Thread**

Your best bet for free is probably GIMP. You'd be best off getting Photoshop, though. How you get it - legally or illegally - is your choice.
