Print screen into paint or Photoshop and cut out the part you want.

When I make a new document/page (whatever..) I am not able to add new layers, insert pictures, layer masks, the lot basically. Can anyone help?

Oh yeah, when I open a photo, everything seems to work fine in that respective photo.
