I know the font called Blade 2 is very similar if you want to use that, unless you can find the actual font.

Here are some DVD templates. And Callow I'm really not sure about Imandix since I don't use the program, but I'm pretty sure they would follow the same dimensions as an official DVD cover which is given in the templates posted above.
