Hey can anyone tell me how to get that photo frame thing on my photoshop banners that has been so poular lately?

Does anybody know of some premade sites? I'm trying to learn how to make banners and what not and a premade background would do good for beginning it out.

When you have the gif open in Imageready, go to layer and create a new layer above all of your gif layers. Then press ctrl A>edit>stroke and make the border that you want to make.
