You have to register, just like ItalianPSDs. I registered in about 8 seconds, with the foreign language, it's not hard to follow.

Well, if the image is already in the banner select the parts you want using the rectangular marquee tool, then inverse your selection (ctrl+shift+i) then delete. You'll be left with the image you want. Scale it down using edit>transform>scale. You can then add effects to that image alone using clipping masks and such. If it's an image by itself simply crop it before adding it to the banner.

You can pretty much find the logo on most PSD sites, but that one you don't have to register for the PSD's.
As far as the fonts go, just google TNA Fonts and you can find alot of good links easily. |

Experiment with textures, filters, brushes and stocks. Trying new things and seeing what looks good is the best trick I would say.
