I've downloaded some fonts on Photoshop, but when I click on "Extract Here", it comes up with a box saying "The Archive Is Either In An Unknown Format Or Damaged". What do I do in this situation?

The file is corrupt. Delete it and redownload it.

I tried that, Richie, but it came up with the same thing. I presume that it's saved as type WinRAR Archive?

When you download the font a new window should open showing the font, on the side list click extract all files, then a new window should pop up with the extracted font. Copy and paste it into your font folder and wull-ah you got a new font!

I've noticed that nobody cuts out the same way I do it. i use the quick mask option, set to select, then just paint over what i want to cut out. click out of quick mask and voila! selection is made and i can cut it.

Or you can use the pen tool for exact, precise cuts.

i don't know if i'm using it right. do you have to keep clicking all the way around the image? thAT seems a little slow to me to be the right way of doing it. i find painting on the mask layer is far faster, but i have a graphics tablet which i got for editing my photographs.

That's how I cut. I have a graphics tablet too but I've never been able to get the hang of it. Maybe because I draw with my left hand but I use the mouse with my right?? I find it easier to cut with the mouse with my right than I do with the tablet with my left.

Awesome brush resource I just found
