Nah I am using Photobucket and I know how to add one picture but want to know how to add more than one picture so I can make a banner, can you help? Or is there an other free site that is easy to make banner?

Go to google and type in Free Photoshop cs2 or cs3 and download, its really not that hard

^^^ Photobucket has some photo editing features. I haven't looked into it yet, but perhaps this is why he thought he could make a banner.
