I'm in the market for a signature - How does this work?

Greetings all,

I would love one of those cool signature pictures, but I don't know that I could offer much in return.

Anyway, if anyone would be interested in helping me out, I have a few question:

What are the size restrictions for the image?

Does the image have to be wrestling themed?

Are "banners" and "signatures" the same thing?

If not, what is the distinction?

Is there anything else I should know about this process?

Thanks in advance,

- Helmer

I can answer a few for you.

Doesn't have to be wrestling themed. Banners could be website banners, signatures are the other images under your signature area.

Good size is 400 by 200. You can have more though I believe. I dont' make signatures but hope the answers helped some.

Well your signature certainly helped with my circulation...

Seriously though, thank you.

Ok,

So for anyone who might want to set me up with a signature, here's my idea:

Could you take the below image (possibly resizing it if it is too large) and adding the text:

Welcome to The Snake Pit

Also, I have seen some cool effects on these signatures, so if someone does want to try this out, please feel free to add your own style in whatever way you like, whether it is in the text style, some filter effect, or anything else you think might work.

Thanks so much.

- Helmer

And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear
You shout and no one seems to hear.
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.

Go to User CP > Edit Signature > Upload Signature Picture > Insert Signature > Save.

Whoa!

That one is great too!

Now I'm going to feel bad not using one of them; I'll have to alternate.

Thanks so much.
