It's extremely dark yeah, too dark for its purpose. Also, size up the text plz, it's way too small. The texture/brushing is OK, but not anything outstanding about it. Just one cut and one microscoping text bit on a texture doesn't make a banner imo. Keep trying.

No i never rip work, i never will i just got other names on other forums but this sig i didnt post on my other forum. But erm.... ty guys for the rates/comments.

The cut needs more work on it. Its choppy.
You could have added bright source behind the psd to lighten up the signature a little.
