Re: Is it safe to say that Seth Rollins is the best seller on the roster?

I wish Ambrose would legit sell some things but I don't mind him selling like we're in a whacky wise guy movie from the 50's or something . Just the thing is that he was in CZW for WAAY too long to not be showing some of that shit off. Rollings is the best seller in the Shield at the moment though as a result I think.

Ziggler is better at making bumps look huge and overselling. Punk is better at a "real fight" psychology approach to a match, it doesn't really have anything to do with just selling a bumps, it delves into a little more complexity than that with him. Rollins is the best at making it look like he just got legit injured. It sounds similar to making a bump look huge but it's different. He just holds off until the last second to try and protect himself and it makes it look like everything is actually hitting his neck or head or wherever.

It kind of depends on what style you like

Rollins is definitely one of the best sellers in the company along with Dolph Ziggler and CM Punk. Honorable mention to Heath Slater too.

From that list, IMO

5. Antonio "GUT STOMPIN N' CESARO SWINGIN" Cesaro - #HEYMANDROPPED

5. Chris Jericho
6. Daniel Bryan
7. MASKED Kane

What's really amazing is the fact that he sells injuries taken in a match for multiple days.

Re: Is it safe to say that Seth Rollins is the best seller on the roster?

I thought Reigns sold the legwork really well on Raw against Bryan.

Like Ziggler, Rollins is a crazy bumper, though obviously extremely talented. There's a difference between bumping and selling that people don't seem to grasp.

Ziggler being the other.

This is all that needs to be said.

Re: Is it safe to say that Seth Rollins is the best seller on the roster?

Rollins is better than Ziggler in taking bumps definitely and is the best seller from The Shield. But yeah, Punk is an extremely good seller. He isn't flashy but he shows the effect of the moves for the entire match and even on the next show. He makes it look extremely realistic. In some ways, his selling reminds me of Bret Hart, while Rollins and Ziggler are more similar to the Shawn Michaels style.

Rollins really hasn't had a chance where he could show his abilities to sell over a long match, but I remember few weeks ago in the 3 on 1 match against Ziggler, he sold his knee like crazy. The best thing is he's only 27, so it's scary to think how good he'll be in 5-6 years when he's in his prime.

ROLLINS | PAIGE | LESNAR | ZAYN | AMBROSE
OKADA | SHIBATA | TANAHASHI | ISHII | IBUSHI
