I think he should I know people would want a new theme but I just want to hear that theme song again it was so bad ass and I feel the voices in my head theme is more face than heel.
WWE Superstar Randy Orton recently spoke with GameDaily.com about his entrance music
"I wish we could pick our theme music," he said. "For the longest time, I had the Burning My Light or whatever the entrance music was that started with 'Hey, nothing you can say,' and I didn't like that for all four years. I hated it from the first day I heard it. They even tried to tweak it a bit and I still hated it.
I told Vince (McMahon) and Kevin Dunn, the producer, that I hated my music, so they said they'd get me something new, but it was four years. Finally, I gave them a CD and said that I wanted this music, so they bought the song and they played it for two weeks until Vince said it didn't fit my character. The following week, CM Punk debuted and they gave him my music."
they're not going to bring it back, But here's an idea: mute the tv when Orton is making his entrance then play the burn etc theme from your computer while hes walking to the ring. that'll work!
No way should they bring that song back, it was atrocious. And how exactly is 'Voices' a face theme? It worked perfectly when he had the whole personality disorder angle going on whilst running around punting people every week. The previous theme screams generic babyface theme.
I had thought Randy turned face when I first heard Voices, it just screams babyface. If he does turn heel, people will still cheer for him if he continues using it, leading to his inevitable return to being a face.
Randy Orton is too big of a star for his theme to matter if his character is "face" or "heel" people will love him or hate him from his career. Like Punk, Cena, and Hogan was.
I get a very heelish vibe from Voices. With a new corporation, Randy Orton would be literally listening to new voices in kayfabe.his current theme has some pretty dark lyrics screamed, which will reflect the chaos s new corporation would bring. Even if there is no alliance, When Orton's theme hits at least you know the heat just rose. Bad themes really can enhance or kill an wrestler's auora, and Raandy's old theme simply wouldnt fit. The lyrics dont even make Randy seem like an legitamate threat or fit the gimmick either way. If I recall Orton's old theme talked about "what youve done to me" and "taking whats mine". The latter part fits with an cash in, but nobody has turned on Orton like HHH, and this theme was used when Orton was primed to be a top guy hence take what is his.
If Orton has a new theme for an Shield and Mcmahon alliance, I would like an very Alice in Chains inspired theme from that. Obviously not something like Down in a Hole or Heaven Beside You, but something like rain When I Die or even the recent song Hollow. cantrell's got an lot of great riffs to build off of for an instrumental representing an kickass, opportunistic top stable led by an evil mastermind. Johnson has an very stellar track record over many years, so if a new theme is made, im confident it will be good. Cant get any worse than Calling all Cars.
Ummm....no That theme wouldn't fit this Randy at all..Burn in my light was a terrible theme song anyway.
