maybe thats why HHH is so mad at vince? he cant push his buttbuddy down our throats anymore? i like Sheamus enough.. he has came along way, as far as working goes.. and he is liked by kids.. but now, he's pre-showin it on no-name PPVs? im happy he isnt champ.. but what's up? is he this bad now?
Sheamus got too much too soon. Sometimes it works with guys (Brock, Angle). We all raised an eyebrow when Stone Cold said he still had a bit to go to get the next level and it looks like he was right. He feels like he's reading cue cards and not being genuine. I feel like Punk is really saying what he feels when he does. Sheamus is starting to feel like we are just watching an actor struggle to get a reaction. Yeah I guess they are actors in a way but it doesn't feel like he's real.

Yeah, he and Del Rio got pushed up too soon. To their detriment but luckily they weren't ruined or even had backlash the size that Randy Orton had when he got wrangled back down from the main event. They should both be fine when they find more character to grasp and connect better with people on a tangible level. I really like the way Sheamus communicates, he doesn't have anything to talk about but he speaks well, clear and with intent and has fun on the mic and it translates very well. Once he stops riding off his cartoon character gimmick he'll be worth putting near the top.
Sheamus is pretty good but they tried way too hard to shove him down our throat. They do the same with everyone new now though, it's like they're trying to force a new star rather than let one come with time.
Sheamus does not look like a pro wrestler. I'm sorry, but when he was pushed it was like the biggest WTF? ever. He might be a good worker, blah blah blah, but, in the end looks and personality are very important in the "fake" world of wrestling.
