Betting on WWE thread
I searched and didnt find a thread so I thought id start a new one. Some bookies offers bets on wwe matches which is very weird since it is scripted. However they dont offer these bets every show or even every ppv its only in special occasions that they do such as Wrestlemania,Royal Rumble and last year even Extreme Rules.
Now which are the bookies that do? The only one I can think of right now is
http://www.paddypower.com/bet/novelt...-novelties/wwe
How safe is it to bet on these sites? Do they allways return your money? Are there any other sites?
Discuss Discuss and Discuss.

Re: Betting on wwe the official thread
Paddy power are completely legit, i've bet on Wrestling many times with them and never had a problem.
It was far more lucrative a while ago though, the odds offered now are pretty much unbackable. For example, at Mania, Taker was 1/12 and Cena 1/7 as opposed to Mania last year where Taker was an incredible 1/3 against HHH. I maxed my account and two other friend's account limits on that match to make a little guaranteed money, but now it's just not worth it, even if they did let you bet large amounts on PP, which they don't.

I use Paddy Power all the time.
I predicted every Wrestlemania match (including Miz/Barrret on the pre-show) correctly apart from fucking Ryback losing to Mark Henry

Like who?
Plus theres a limit on how much you can bet.
The worst thing about Henry going over Ryback is that he Shell Shocked him AFTER the match anyway. That was supposed to be the whole point of that abortion of a match. And why did Henry even need the win? Ryback is the one feuding with Cena now.
Fuck WWE

Re: Betting on wwe the official thread
we used to have a point system here and bet on different matches, which was kind of fun. dont know why they got rid of that though.

Everyone can. The point is, if you are a gambler like myself, the odds on the WWE are not worth the money you would have to risk to make anything decent.
Paddy Power don't let you bet large stakes on Wrestling, so there is little point beyond it being a one off 'fun' thing for people to bet on, but as a gambler it is just not worth my time now. Like I said, last year at Mania was lovely, Taker @ 1/3 was just buying money, but 1/12 this year was just pointless.
