If the Rock has ONE last match

Despite recent rumors that the Rock had his Swan song at WM 29, I'm not so sure that's the case. With Wresltmania XXX around the corner, it's evidently going to be the biggest Wrestlemania to date. They'll likely go full force, HHH, Lesnar, Taker, Cena, Rock, Punk and who knows... maybe the Rattle Snake finally makes his last appearance.

ANYWAYS

My question is, let's say the Rock has one last match at WM 30, which he is booked to win. This is legit going to be his LAST match.

Who do you think it should be against, and how do you think the story should go?

Personally, I'd love to see one last feud with HHH and Rock. I think you could build an incredible feud from that. Have HHH despise the Rock for his Hollywood success and walking out on the WWE. Having Michaels' attempt to be his voice of reason, the Rock cutting promos making fun of Stephanie's breasts...

And then have The Game put over Rock. In my opinion, HHH was Rock's first feud. One final tilt between the two would be epic. I think it'd be a perfect way for Rock to officially leave the WWE behind him.

Re: If the Rock has ONE last match

I actually think that one last HHH/Rock match, booked properly, would be a great Rock swan song. Rock really should have beaten HHH at WrestleMania 2000 (and he did beat him at Backlash in a much better match, but c'mon, it's Backlash) and I'd like to see Rock get his receipt.

That said, Rock also had a big loss to Brock and if the Rock/Brock rumors are true, I think it would be a great use of both part-timers to do that match, since they can come and go as they please and it wouldn't interfere with anyone else's storyline.

Other than that, Cena/Rock is played played out, Punk/Rock's kinda the same away (and Rock doesn't need to lose to Punk since he already lost to Cena). I can't think of anyone else. Don't care to see Sheamus, Orton, or Big Show face The Rock.

Vin Diesel in a parking lot brawl. Who is the better actor in shitty action car movies??

Spoiler for The Rock:
should stay the fuck away because he's worn out his welcome & I wasn't clamoring for him to come back three years ago & I'm not anticipating him anymore now either. Wrestlemania or not, WWE needs new stars, future stars, not to continue to rely on stars of yesteryear.

Obviously I can't speak for Rock, but I sure as fuck wouldn't want my last wrestling memory to be losing to Super Cena.

Nobody gives a shit about what the ROCK wants. He's a fucking legend he can lay down for the future. Hogan layed down for ROCK. So why can't he for fucking Cena and that's it?

I'd love to see Rock vs Undertaker at Mania 30 if they can't do Taker/Cena.

Rock vs Jericho is also another good option.

Re: If the Rock has ONE last match

I have absolutely no interest in seeing him face anybody at this point. Going against Brock? I doubt they'd top their match from Summerslam '02 and by observing the Brock/HHH matches, the crowds were so underwhelmed by it. I guess this could be because they all knew it wouldn't really matter who won. They'd be lucky to see both guys the next night on Raw or even for a while.

I personally don't care anymore about seeing two big name part timers show up for a match that they've already had more than once. If they want Undertaker to come back, great. His streak actually has some importance for the show every year, he at least steals the show most of the time, and I wouldn't necessarily mind a Cena/Taker match. But guys like Rock, Triple H, and Lesnar returning just to face each other again is pointless to me.

The only thing I'd be okay with is... if they really want to bring in these big names for the 30th Wrestlemania, have them work a feud with someone less established... that way when they end up leaving, there are one or two younger guys with a lot of momentum going and they could capitalize on that and make new stars. I know this isn't happening by the way.

It's like the person who said Rock/Jericho. I don't mean any disrespect when I say this, but Rock and Jericho had a very entertaining feud in 2001-2002. I mean... that's it! The attitude era was over a decade ago. These matches have happened a million times, regardless of the fact that it wasn't at Wrestlemania. I'm just turned off by this living in the 90's trend that has taken over Wrestlemania for the last few years. When are the younger and fresher faces going to get a shot instead of being wasted?

I'd be down for Rock/Triple H at WrestleMania.

Yea, but Hogan was allegedly on his way out. Rock is in one of the greatest physical shapes of his life. I think Rock and Brock should have something. Like first a match at Survivor Series, then another at WM. Just build them up to be in a solid match at an A list PPV.
