Punk isn't retiring in 2015, he said that jokingly. He tweeted he'll be able to catch up on Walking Dead when he gets home in 2015, someone tweeted he started retirement rumors, he said "its not rumors if its true." He's fucking with people, that's not how you announce retirement.
Saying Ziggler will suck because they'll turn him face makes no sense. If he sucks as a face, then they'll turn him back, problem solved.
Brock Lesnar's 35 (34?). He can and will do the part-time thing for a while, he loves the easy money.
Don't pretend Fandango can't surpass Cena. Not saying its likely, but Cena isn't so special that Fandango can't reach that point. He'll need a new gimmick, but that's not unheard of in wrestling. Oh, and Alberto Del Rio is awesome.
You're forgetting Ambrose, Rollins, Reigns, Cesaro, Sandow, and some NXT guys that are coming up. You're forgetting Randall Keith Orton. Not his biggest fan, but he is amazing, and he'll only get better on the mic as time passed. Sheamus and Alberto Del Rio should be around for a while, maybe to their early 40's, same for Punk even. You're forgetting Daniel Bryan, who keeps getting more popular, especially with kids, he's got some great days ahead.
Finally, John Cena isn't holding people back. You don't like Cena (I don't either), so you convince yourself he's responsible for everything wrong with the world. Rock/Austin co-existed with Foley/HHH/Undertaker/Angle, Cena co-existed with Batista/Taker/HHH/Orton/Edge, and now he's co-existing with Punk/Orton/Sheamus/Ziggler/Del Rio, and more guys are on their way. Besides, it sounds to me like you'd shit on anyone you thought he was holding back anyway. We couldn't see Rock/Austin coming in 1995, just let guys get their moments to shine before you prematurely shit on them.
Punk has said in multiple interviews that he's not gonna wrestle past his mid-30's because he doesn't wanna be like one of those guys that doesn't know when to quit.
Yes that is an easy solution... now go tell WWE that because it doesn't seem like they're aware that is a solution because they hardly ever turn any of their sucky faces heel.
Brock's contract expires next year. Even if he does sign another one year deal that'll probably be his last. He still wants to get into other sports.
You can't be serious about that Fandango part... if Randy Orton and CM Punk couldn't surpass John Cena there's no chance that someone like Fandango will. Even now, Fandango should be one of the most over guys in WWE just because of the Fandangoing thing (see Daniel Bryan's "Yes" chants last year) yet he still gets a subpar reaction.
Yes they have the talent but they always get held back. Look at Rhodes & Sandow now, two of their most talented workers stuck in an irrelevant jobber feud. The creative team just doesn't know what to do with them. The only guys that ever truly become stars now are the ones who make themselves stars (CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Fandango SHOULD be in this list but he's not)
John Cena himself isn't holding anyone back, but the booking team is. They go out of their way to make sure no one will ever get more over than him. They purposely build superstars up just so John Cena can tear them down. If anyone looks like they're going to surpass him, WWE will hold them back. Ryback is a perfect example. Did you see the ovation Ryback got for attacking Cena? He instantly became the top face of the company just for that moment alone. WWE knew that fans were gonna cheer Ryback more than Cena, they couldn't just have Ryback go into the feud as a face and say "Cena, you have what I want so I'm gonna kick your ass to get it"... no, because it's John Cena that he attacked, that automatically makes him a bad guy... and they didn't even just stop there, they had to go out of their way to get Mick Foley back just so Ryback can get cheap heat to make sure people hate him. They took one of their only stars with the potential to rival Cena and purposely ruined his character to make sure he doesn't get more over than Cena. And you know Cena is gonna beat him at Extreme Rules too, after that Ryback is done. You see the reaction he's getting now? It's not even the good kind of heat, now fans are gonna chant GOLDBERG even louder because now they have a reason to. Hell even when someone starts to get a little popularly, Cena has to step in and use their momentum to get himself over, look at Zack Ryder and AJ Lee. That's what happens to anyone who tries to get on Cena's level, it's been the same for years and it's not gonna change any time soon. Don't even get me started on the amount of heels whose momentum he helped kill (barrett, punk, umaga, kane, ziggler, etc)
