So true. Haven't ever seen a post on here saying "Goldberg should've been 170-0 or 175-0 before losing"...

He should wait till WM50 to put over young talent like McGilicutty.

Whether its 22/0 or 25/0, the number that you think sounds the best is completely irrelevant. I voted for he retires whenever he wants. He's still putting on the best matches, he could easily go to 25/0. But I think he will call it a day at 30, his body language after the win seemed to indicate that to me.

He should retire when he feels like, it doesn't have to be at a symbolic number, just when he feels he had enough, not that he's really struggling right now, wrestling one match a year is a pretty easy schedule even at his age.

The same question every year,he will retire whenever he wants to retire.I can't believe people are asking about his retirement since the 90's.

lol.

I can't believe so many people voted yes. What a stupid fucking question, and answer.

No. He should not retire. He's had the best match at mania for the past 5 years. Why would he stop? I'm not saying he can't retire, if he wants to. But if he wants to stay longer, by all means he should.

Who does he have left to face to make it believable?

Brock Lesnar
John Cena
Sting (possibly one day...personally i could care less but ppl seem to like this matchup)
Hollywood Rock

how about triple threat of:

HHH vs HBK vs Taker

I agree that i don't want Taker facing a random schmuck like Wade Barett or Cody Rhodes or even Sheamus. no offense to any of them, but they just don't matchup in startpower to some of the names i listed above. But there ARE still enough big names he can face to last another 5 years easy.

The Streak should stay in tact. That's not saying I think he should win his last match, though.

My ideal scenario is that a younger talent has him pinned in the middle of the ring after a finisher or five, and the ref counts to two when all of a sudden darkness invades the arena. When they come back on, Taker is gone and his opponent is lying motionless in the middle of the ring. I think that an advancing storyline could be made out of it with the younger talent bragging about how he really did beat the Undertaker and came closer than anyone before, in turn kayfabe pissing off a lot of people who Taker has worked with over the years.
