It's like not only turning the page on the last chapter but the epilogue too.
I do agree

I agree. Like I said, he was at his best on the mic when he started using that aggressive tone in his voice.

Re: Edge

He was fantastic. I didn't cry when he retired or anything, it was more shock for me.
I just couldn't believe he was gone. He was the ONLY reason I watched SD! in 2011, that's how awesome he was.

After he left, I was basically done with SD!.

Probably was inducted too early, though. Why was he inducted last year when it took Booker T and Mick Foley until this year to get in? That doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
Cause you had the crowds chanting Hall of fame. You cant really ignore that.
Honestly we all felt sad when he said he retires but sadly it was a matter of time ladder matches are just unforgiving and so many neck injuries , especially after that chair hit by ADR where you could literaly see Edge's whole body go numb.

Re: Edge

One of my all-time faves. When he was around, Smackdown was actually exciting. He was always best as the 'Ultimate Opportunist' heel though, I think the reason his last heel turn was so short was because they sensed he was banged up & near retirement and wanted him to retire as a face. Miss him very much anyway.

THANK YOU EDGE!!! :edge

NOT REMOVING UNTIL (1/8/13)

Re: Edge

Edge was a 'you don't know what you had, till it's gone' for me.

I didn't appreciate him as much (well I did, I thought he was one of the best heels the E has had from.) but when he retired, it really hit me.

One of the best of all time, and he definitely had it. True wrestling fan, and it showed in his work.

Re: Edge

It's weird how he planned on having his last match at WrestleMania 28, and wanted Christian to be his last match, him as a heel and Christian as a face.

That would've been awesome.
