I don't even know what Randy Orton is anymore. Cena is captain good guy preaching his message of friendship and love, Orton is just the guy that comes out to a big pop and has a match.

He doesn't cut promos anymore, and nobody seems to care. He comes out slithers around a bit, RKO out of nowhere and then he goes on his merry way. The WWE really don't seem to know what to do with him as a face, and because the crowd cheer so much for him they don't feel they can make him heel. He's stuck in some kinda weird limbo.

No. Two man power trip had reasons to be called what they were. Cena isn't turning heel and Orton will probably get suspended again soon anyway. Didn't you make this thread last week?

If Cena turns heel, turning Orton at the same time would completely unbalance things - especially since Punk doesn't seem to be turning face anytime soon.

Cena will need big-name babyfaces to go up against once the part-timers leave, and Orton's the single most established face - Sheamus, Ryback and Miz don't come close in fan reactions. Orton/Cena is a fairly stale match-up right now, but the added heel Cena/face Orton dynamic would probably make it worth seeing again.

I find it absolutely hilarious that the Two Man Power Trip has been brought up several times on this forum as something worth doing again.

The angle was very brief, horribly executed and was a long time ago. Trifecta of irrelevance with a very stupid name to boot. Entirely forgettable for most people.
