If we're looking at how much star power in the real world each has, it looks something like this...

1. John Cena
2. Brock Lesnar
3. Batista
4. Randy Orton
5. The Miz (don't underestimate how many people are aware of him from The Real World alone and know he's wrestling now)
6. Edge
7. Rey Mysterio
8. CM Punk
9. Jeff Hardy
10. The Great Khali (aka "That dude from The Longest Yard")

If we're looking at how successful they were at building this person as a star, it looks like this...

1. John Cena
2. Batista
3. Edge
4. Jeff Hardy
5. Randy Orton
6. CM Punk
7. Rey Mysterio
8. Sheamus
9. JBL
10. The Great Khali

I didn't include Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit or Brock Lesnar because I felt it would be unfair. Guerrero and Benoit won world titles in 2004 (so did JBL, but he had a completely overhauled character that debuted within the 10-year span) and Lesnar was already a multiple-time champion when the "last decade" began.

Seriously, Angle?

Angle had already rose before 2003. By that time, he was a 3 time WWE Champion, former Hardcore, European, Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion, former WCW Champion and winner of the 2000 King Of The Ring, all in less than 4 years with the company. And seeing as how he only won 2 more titles after 2003, I'd say he already had rose and was established as a star already.

#1 Brock Lesnar.
When Cena holds the WWE and UFC Heavyweight championship then we can talk.
Recently UFC pisses on WWE. WWEs claim to fame is one PPV WM28. what about every other PPV = ass kicked.

Lol @ Cena in UFC.

1. John Cena - biggest full-time draw in WWE and probably wrestling in general since 2006
2. Brock Lesnar - if he hadn't left he would have been #1 for sure. He was a HUGE deal.
3. Batista - Was booked as the guy in 2005 until he left for Smackdown. Still, he was the #2 guy after Cena and was very popular.
4. Cm Punk - Was already established in 2009, but became very popular in the summer of 2011. One of the best heels of the decade, too.
5. Edge - Was already established since late 90's along with Christian, but after winning Mitb his career got to new heights
6. Randy Orton - Was very over as a heel.
7. Jeff Hardy - Used to get bigger pops and sell more merch than Cena back in 2009.
8. Eddie Guerrero - Used to get some mega pops during his face runin early-mid 2000's
9. Rey Mysterio - Biggest little man in WWE ever.
10. Sheamus - Won his first World championship in under a year of being in the main WWE roster and is one of the biggest stars in WWE today. Still has a long way to go.

wwe and ufc are not the same thing, wwe manage 4.5-5 million viewers for raw every monday night, ultimate fighter got its ass kicked by smackdown on friday, tried going live ass still kicked, even on fox the only time those "free ppvs" do close to raw numbers are during football season when fox advertises them wall to wall during games
