You totally missed what Headliner said. He was saying Lance Storm was one of the greatest from an in-ring standpoint, and I like how you conveniently didn't quote in your post when he said: ''Is Lance among the greatest wrestlers of all time list? Clearly not.''

How can anyone even defend the guy its ridiculous. Austin said it best, even WWE knew how bad he was and how many people turned the channel when he came on their screen.

He should have made his ring name Lance Norm.

I don't think anyone ever said that Lance Storm's character isn't boring. Of course it is. And WWE knew this from seeing him in ECW and WCW, before he came to the WWE. Which is why WWE booked him the way they did as a guy who is a good wrestler, but a boring character. They had some fun with it, and it got Storm over, in the process. That's what you call good booking. Something we rarely see these days.

I'm actually very happy that a thread simply about Lance Storm has ran for 9 pages and counting!

I was very entertained with his wcw run. His formation of Team Canada was good tv. When he got to wwe they never quite booked him right. He floundered along like many jobbers do until the unamericans storyline happened and was given a steady push. Then he went back to obscurity and was shit on with the boring storyline. What Vince and the rest of creative we're thinking is beyond me. Insult your wrestler and get fans chanting "boring". Great idea! Not!

Seriously it tops the list. Right up there with Mae Youngs hand.

Good athlete, decent technical ability, good bumper, horrible striker and brawler. He stood out in ECW because of all the fat drunks who couldn't wrestle. I'd say he's the Dean Malenko of ECW prety good, but overrated by most.

. . .and we're back to using Malenko as a negative comparison. I don't get it.

Malenko vs Storm. Did that ever happen? The promos before the match wouldn't have been particularly exciting that's for sure.
