Who according to you is the Best Heel the WWF/E has ever seen? For me it's the Undertaker during his Ministry of Darkness Era... as the Lord of Darkness he became someone the industry had never seen before and with that spine-chilling appearance and the way he cut a promo with Paul Bearer was so impressive and in a way scary...I like Punk and he too has been a very good heel but TAKER as the Lord of Darkness was on another level... HHH and Y2J are worth mentioning as well...

The correct answer is Vince McMahon. In 1998-1999, each week he had an entire arena calling him an "AAAASSSHHHHOOOOLLLLEEE ... AAASSSSHHHHOOOOLLLEEEE!"

If you mean actual wrestlers though, I pick Edge 2006-2008. His work with Lita + Vickie were top-notch. I loved his feuds with Undertaker and Cena.

This.

I cannot state it enough but as great as Triple H was in making fans hate him, he was also getting very positive reactions from the crowd in 2001 to the point where if he got those reactions today, he'd be the #2 face in the company right now. That is completely unacceptable as a heel, especially one where many newer fans today call the GOAT Heel.

Piper - death threats
HHH - face pops

Difference between night and day.

for me i thought the undertaker was when he was the ministry. it was diffrent and quite chilling something that couldnt be used off today. having said that triple h was a huge heel and he pulled it off very well. all heels have had there day to be fair.

the undertaker
triple h
hollywood rock
nwo hogan
paul heyman
mcmahon
cm punk
dave batista

they all done very well i think its to hard choose. mcmahon is more relevant than most tho as it was in that period of the rival between the wwe and wcw. not to mention the ministry taker, having said that a few more would be mankind and kane havnt seen these two guys pop up

None other than Triple H himself, he was untouchable. I remember him doing some despicable, inexcusable, violent actions during his heel run. He just had that natural ability to get under people's skin to loathe him, and want to throw brick shaped eggs made of bricks at him. Definitely the GOAT heel in my eyes.

Vince's certainly up there too. And there have been plenty of other quality heels throughout the years as well. JBL '04 was amazing, Edge '05-'06 was brilliant, Eddie '05 was ridiculously overlooked & doesn't get enough praise, Jericho '08 was incredible, Punk '09-'10 was truly a god among men.

WWE's Holy Trinity of Heels: Roddy Piper, Mr. McMahon, Triple H

WWE's Holy Trinity of Babyfaces: Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, John Cena

Hard to pick just one:

But hands down the following:

Iron Sheik
Roddy Piper
Don Muraco
Sgt. Slaughter
Captain Lou Albano
Randy Savage
Ted DiBiase
Dick Mudoch
Mr. Fuji
Curt Hennig
Ivan Koloff
Rick Rude

Take note these guys were true heels, day in day out. And they were HATED in their prime. Absolutely DESPISED. Not like guys like of the last decade or so that were "bad guys". Who actually had a following even when they were heels. Granted some of you guys maybe don't remember these wrestlers, but trust me they were true heels. And they didn't need crazy "out of ring/ backstage" gimmicks to make you hate them. It was all in the ring.
