He can deliver great promos if he wants, if it is given some crap, he can't make it gold.
It is the same in the ring, even he has a great match vs. Umaga Last Man Standing at RR or vs. JBL.

By talented wrestler, do you mean overall or just in ring work?
Other than I agreed. I think Cena is the complete package as a performer, it's the booking that's the problem.

I think he can be great when paired with the right guy. Matches with Punk is solid consistent evidence of that. I don't think he's the kind of guy who can work a great match with someone who is less talented than him though.
The guy can talk, he's a real natural storyteller. It's more the content of his promos that let him down.
