On a serious note, i'd say on a good day 7/10 for mic skills on a bad 2/10

wrestling skills is harder to judge but on his best day the most I could give him would be a 6 (he's no Eddie, or Angle or Benoit for sure) on his worst when he doesn't even try? A 2 at most.

Its easy to forget how strong Cena truly is, when he is working. He works gingerly around smaller guys and that might hinder his work rate hence his awkward sloppiness. But put him against physical guys, ex. JBL, Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar, he shines the brightest.
His reign on WWE might be stale but he has put on some classics.
