At present the Top Level Face/Heel Proportion is ridiculously wrong.

Faces -
Cena
Rock
Del Rio
Sheamus
Orton
Ryback
Miz
Kane
Daniel Bryan
Chris Jericho

Heels -
Henry(Old and approaching retirement)
Big Show(Old and approaching retirement)
Punk(Fairly banged up, might take a break, might turn Face at the end of 2013)
Ziggler ( Has been heels for years, is getting cheered, rumored to be on the verge of Face Turn)

The rest are all in the Mid-Card Level who are doing nothing like Rhodes,Sandow,Barrett,Cesaro and a returning Swagger who is not ready to Main-Event PPV's or feud with the likes of Cena and was a jobber few months back.

So the whole ratio seems skewed up. Henry is probably on a Farewell Run, Ziggler might turn face, Punk is probably going to take a break after Mania so that leaves only Big Show who is a veteran as the MAIN HEEL.

Add to that guys like Christian might come back. Who will all these faces feud with???

Sheamus, Orton, Cena, Miz in the next year??? There are no Top Level Heels anymore.

Funny how you totally left out the whole Shield in both heels and midcarders

As of the faces list, Rock is gonna be gone sone, Kane or Bryan will turn in the next few weeks.
I can also see a "heel" turn for Orton aka tweening around

If you included the heel midcarders and Lesnar it would be equal amounts of faces and heels. Kane and DB are not in the main event and Sheamus and Orton are pretty directionless except for the Shield, whom were left off.

Both Kane and Bryan can swap, and Kane has said "I feel like I'm in the prime of my life; why would I retire now?" or something along those lines.

Where did you get that might be taking time off after mania? As for faces rock and jericho are leaving after mania. Jericho may be around a lil longer than rock but i know he's going on tour. Orton is gonna turn heel and probably bryan as well. Then cena is leaving to get treatment for the std he caught when he gave the porn star the AA....oh wait my bad. Yea not that lop sided you left out the sheild and some others

A lot of heels in WWE developmental, and guys like Barrett, Rhodes and Swagger are ready or at least equipped in Swagger's case, to go to the next level.

It is *slightly* off in that there's a surplus of top level faces along with a lack of top level heels. With the midcard however it seems like just the opposite is true. But it's nothing that a push and a turn cannot fix.

I personally don't see Kane retiring anytime soon, and he's got a good heel run left. This is something I've noticed for awhile. Just because someone is over, doesn't mean you need to turn them face. Look at The Miz, he's almost brutal as a face.
