Re: Worst feuds

Hogan vs The Dungeon of Doom is perhaps the worst.
Mostly for the bizarre period in which Hogan attempted to mimic the popularity of The Undertaker and donned a black mask, hung out in a graveyard and started delivering doom-laden, ominous promos...whilst still saying 'brother' and urging people to say their prayers and drink their protein jack or whatever the fuck.

Also, the constant stream of jobbers were introduced with increasingly ludicrous vignettes where an old guy who drone on and on for about five minutes or so about how this new jobber was better than all the other jobbers.
If memory serves me correctly, it culminated with Hogan getting dryhumped in the main event of a PPV.

BEST IN THE WORLD?

Re: Worst feuds

Probably not the worst of feuds - but I did yawn through Mark Henry vs. Big Show.

Henry has nothing going for him since lifting that car in whatever year that was. Big Show is good for a laugh, maybe. Together - was like watching a very slow moving train wreck.

Eh, I thought their feud was good for what it was. It was one of the solid feuds in 2011. They also put on some pretty good matches with one another at the Vengeance 2011 PPV and at the Survivor Series 2011 PPV. Their TLC 2011 match is the only one I didn't like.

Re: Worst feuds

Cena and Kane in recent memory, just cause it wrecked Kane's return with the mask so badly. Fucking awful. Punk and Jericho was also awful, based on the fact it should of been so much better.

Sgt Slaughter/Ultimate Warrior sucked too. Slaughter was shit at that point, and Warrior had started selling out with fruitier looking warpaint and earrings and goofy vests. Both of them at their worst - feud sucked.

How about The Red Rooster vs. Brooklyn Brawler in the spring of 1989?
I'll agree with Bam Bam vs. Doink & Chavo vs. Hornswoogle.
Doink vs. Crush?

Re: Worst feuds

Rock vs Cena. I'm not a fan of Cena but it's a huge shame that he had to lower himself to Rock's level in their feud. I know Rock's not capable of being on Cena's level but they should've at least tried to get him to rise to Cena's level.

That's fair. Personally, I never could really get into it - and found their feud dragged on. Perhaps it's partly because I don't have much interest in either Show or Henry.

To each their own.
