Orton technically beat Rock when at WrestleMania 20 when he pinned Foley in the tag match.

Re: Punk, Cena, and Orton - losers to the Rock and Hulk Hogan

Rock > Punk, Orton & Cena.
Punk > Hogan
Hogan > Orton & Cena.

Thats why.

Hogan also held down generations of wrestlers in different organizations. WWF, WCW, TNA. He also never got pinned by Randy Savage. Not once. He did alot of good for wrestling, mostly in the 80s, but he becamse selfish and greedy and didn't even change once he got older and more mature.
