Default Who are the current cruiserweights

With all the talk of bringing old titles back I was wondering who would be considered a cruiserweight nowadays?

I never really like the Cruiserweight Championship, but merely because WWE never made it seem important and they would always have 6 man challenges and never any real rivalries. I really didn't even notice them take the title away until somebody said something about it.

Historically, I believe the Cruiserweight Title's weight limit was 225 lbs. Most of the roster are cruiserweights.

Evan Bourne
Heath Slater
Hunico
Sin Cara
Ted DiBiase, Jr (although he's not a high flyer)
Tyson Kidd
Primo & Epico
Justin Gabriel
Zack Ryder (although he isn't much of a high flyer or technical grappler)
Yoshi Tatsu

Some of them, despite technically being cruiserweights, would probably not even compete in the cruiserweight division, because they've already risen pretty high up the card:
CM Punk
Christian
Cody Rhodes
Dolph Ziggler
The Miz
R-Truth
Kofi Kingston
Daniel Bryan
Rey Mysterio

The Uso brothers are not cruiserweights

Jimmy Uso is 250 lbs.
Jey Uso is over the weight limit at 228 lbs.
JTG is over 230 lbs.

If WWE were ever to revive the weight division titles, which I think they should, it would be best to have a Light Heavyweight title instead.

NXT has a few guys who would qualify as well, like Adrian Neville, Xavier Woods, Sakamoto, Mike Dalton...
