I'm sure if WM were ever to return to MSG that they ticket prices (not to mention scalpers, ugh!) would be up the arse. I'm guessing they could get at least $500-$1000 just for nosebleeds. So you would rather hurt the paying fan and still line Vince's pockets all for the sake of "tradition"? I beg to differ.
Scalpers are going to be there regardless but there will always be tickets in the $50-200 ranger for fans at 'Manias held in big stadiums. You're dreaming if you think you could go to 'Mania in MSG without taking out some loans. That's my biggest argument against MSG, tradition be damned.

I think the days of MSG hosting mania are over, WWE has reached a new standard when it comes to WM stadiums, doing a 20K show will certainly be a downslide for WM grossings when compared to previous

Makes sense for WM 30 to be in a never before held building.
I can just imagine 75,000-80,000 people filling up the Superdome because it's obvious WWE is going to break records. Or at least try to and they would have been guranteed to shatter every north american gate/attendance record if held in Arlington.
