Brock could probably kill any of them he wanted. But him aside, it's a good question.
What about Undertaker?
Undertaker is a big fan of MMA, and he is close friends with a lot of the fighters.
Perhaps he has some legit fighting skills we don't know about; it's strongly possible.
And of course, he's 6'7 270-290 lbs.

Del Rio, Santino, Punk, Swagger (and oc Brock and probably a few moore I don't know about) all have had legitimate martial arts training, so I'd go with one of them, strength =!= success in a real fight

^Those right there are the guys who have martial arts backgrounds. They're obviously going to win any fight they
get into.

The Rock
Antonio Cesaro
Triple H
Sheamus
Taker
Wade Barret
^These are the people who I would consider to be legitimate tough guys who can scrap and are pretty strong, especially Cesaro and Kane. I'd put Big Show in there, but he lost to Khali.
Chris Jericho could probably be a crazy motherfucker when he gets into a fight. There's no winning against crazy.
