During the McMahon-Heyman segment on Raw last week, I'm sure you remember the handshake moment when Heyman offered to shake his hand, and then Vince is just like "Lets go old school with this....should I shake his hand?(and he looks around pretending to be nervous about whether he should or not)"

It was funny moment, but also made me think.....if Vince McMahon actually thinks something like that is old school(something that was a normal occurrence in WWE until only like 4-5 years ago), could that explain why things are like they used to be(not talking attitude era wise, just things from wrestlings past in general that WWE doesn't seem to do). He thinks that things like that are considered old school and all that.

Stephanie wanted to shake Punks hand before Summerslam 2011. Punk responded "I would, but I know where that hand has been."

^But that was diff, the McMahon thing happening with Heyman was about a good guy not knowing if he should accept handshake from bad guy, and good guy has to ask audience if he should or not.

Punk-Steph stuff was just typical heel-face confrontation.
