The problem right now is that the faces are all strong and credible (The Rock, Cena, Ryback, Orton, Sheamus, Del Rio, Jericho, Miz, Rey, Sin Cara, Triple H, Kane and Daniel Byran) while most of the heels don't have a lot of credibility based on accomplishments(Brock, CM Punk, Big Show are the only credible ones and then...Ziggler, The Shield, Rhodes Scholars, Cesaro and Barrett)

When you compare title runs and main event appearances there is great disbalance in favor of the faces. I think it should be like this:

Face - Cena, Ryback, Del Rio, Jericho, Sheamus, Ziggler, Rollins, Cody Rhodes, Daniel Bryan, Rey and Kane
Heels - Hollywood Rock, CM Punk, Brock Lesnar, Big Show, Orton, Miz, Damien Sandow, Cesaro, Ambrose, Wade Barrett, and Reigns

Rivalries:

Cena vs Heel Rock (sorry Cena is never going to turn hell but Rock is a great heel as Hollywood Rock and that can still work)

Dangerous Alliance (CM Punk, Brock, Ambrose and Reigns) vs Ryback, Kane, Ziggler, Rollins (who turns face)

Sheamus vs Orton

Del Rio vs Big Show

Rey vs Miz

Jericho vs Sandow (this will be awesome)

Cody Rhodes and Daniel Bryan vs Wade Barret and Cesaro

Turn Sheamus into a heel and then make him a hardcore specialist.
An irishman wrecking havoc that WWE doesnt consider him coz he is european. and also form a tag team with Antonio Cesaro.

Heel turn:

Orton - well tweener or whatever, but he doesnt look that comfortable as face as he seems to be very "I give a fuck" as a person in whole.
Miz - He also just looks uncomfortable as face. He´s more natural as a heel.
Kane - he should go back to be that red monster and put over young talent.
Brodus Clay - He looks badass, do him badass.

Face Turn:

Ziggler - not that he sucks as heel but I can see him as a great face.
Swagger - Im sorry but with that lisp, nobody can take him seriously so just make him face.

Ziggler needs to turn face. His persona is killing him as a heel at the moment cause he's so good at taking bumps and selling he's racking up a lot of losses. He had the highest loss % in 2012. plus the crowd always loves to see the cocky show off guy get whats coming to him.

He's on the pinnacle of the main event right now and I think he needs to turn face to cement himself there to over turn all these losses he's recieving. if he keeps losing the way he does then no wonder some people struggle to take him seriously.

Truly the most epic heel ever. He turns brother against brother, father against son, with his "faithful" blinded by his demonic charisma. Seriously, he is like the Antichrist in revelations, sowing discord and dissension among families and generations.

John Cena is the bringer of the end times, to the wwe universe.

I think Tyson Kidd should go back to being a heel. Back in 2011-early 2012, he was an arrogant little pissant who out wrestled a good eighty percent of the midcard roster,and SHOULD have held the US title during that time. I think if he went back to that when he gets back from his injury, he might actually get a push and be where he deserves to be right now.

The Miz was better as a heel, but he was still fucking terrible and sucks at literally everything so who cares. Just cut him.
Del Rio is definitely a great babyface, much better than as a heel.
Ziggler should be a babyface.
Sheamus sucks dick as a face, worse than Cena, one of the worst babyfaces I have ever seen in wrestling history, along with Miz. Made a decent heel. Overpushed though due to being HHH's buddy.
Cena is so damn stale as a face. Even if you don't want to turn him, at least give his character some god damn edge. Not just Mr. Smiles and no emotion.
Orton should be a heel or a tweener, such a shitty babyface.
Ryback should be a heel since he sucks at everything and is so hard to like.
Brodus Clay might be a little better as a heel, but right now, every time I see him I hope he gets involved in some horrible accident and has to quit wrestling forever.
Bo Dallas would be no better as a heel, he fucking sucks dick at everything.
Khali was better as a heel, but again, he is fucking horrible at everything.

Its pretty sad that most people on this site just jump on the bandwagon when people turn face or heel cause you know, you can't boo for faces or cheer for heels..

Anyways, I'm sure if Cena was heel everyone would love that. Sheamus would go back to getting love if he went heel, cause God forbid anyone have a good guy face character, Jesus..

There are certain wrestlers who just fit the heel role and some that fit better as a face.. Such as, the Miz.. I like him either way, but he's better as a heel. Ziggler is good as a heel. Aj is good as a heel. Barrett is a good heel. Kane is one of those guys that you like better as a heel. Punk is a good heel. Orton is a good heel.

I don't really see anyone that needs a face turn. Maybe in the future Rhodes and Sandow could become face. I feel like Cody would suit the face role better.
