If Vince were smart with his money he would have never funded his wife's campaign. That money should have went towards a WWE Amusement Park which could feature a WWE HOF inside of it. Who doesn't like Amusement Parks? They are a huge hit in most American towns, and cities. Think of all the cool names for rides that the WWE could come up with.

Any location that doesn't have fans that make 100 chants and are obnoxious when certain wrestlers do speeches.

I'd have HOF be attached to the fan axxess and so have it 4 times a year "open" with 4 big PPVs wherever they may happen, instead of having an actual building somewhere where most people wont be able to visit.
This way you'd have the HOF in 4 different cities every year for a week or so.

I'd locate it in Orlando, Florida so you can siphon off the kids visiting Disneyland. Plus the FL Taxes are low.

Things I'd incorporate into the Hall of Fame:
1,500 seat arena on site that I'd run WWE NXT out of
A TV sound stage where I can run a talkshow, news studio, and Legends Round Table out of.
